Role Overview
Our client is a fast-growing Creative Design Agency specializing in branding, packaging, and creative services for CPG brands across the food, beverage, wellness, and lifestyle industries.
We are looking for a highly skilled Packaging Designer who understands not only visual design, but also brand positioning, consumer psychology, and storytelling through packaging. This role is ideal for someone who can translate strategy into visually compelling, commercially effective packaging systems that perform both on shelf and online.
The ideal candidate has strong experience working with CPG brands, a refined aesthetic sensibility, and a deep understanding of typography, color, hierarchy, composition, and shelf impact. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment across multiple brands and product lines.
Responsibilities
Design packaging systems and product extensions for consumer brands across food, beverage, wellness, and lifestyle categories
Translate brand strategy into high-performing packaging concepts and scalable visual systems
Create label designs, packaging layouts, dielines, and print-ready production files
Collaborate with printers and external vendors to ensure production accuracy and quality
Maintain consistency across product families and broader brand ecosystems
Adapt packaging concepts into supporting brand collateral and digital touchpoints when needed
Work closely with brand strategists, marketers, and creative directors in a collaborative environment
Iterate quickly based on feedback while maintaining strong creative standards
Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, mockups, creative exploration, and workflow efficiency
