This is a high-impact role for someone who is experienced in managing complex performance cycles (from design to execution), and is comfortable working with data, models, and cross-functional stakeholders.
No crypto background required — we welcome candidates from internet, tech, or other fast-paced industries who are curious about the space and eager to grow with it.
What You’ll Do

• Design and manage performance-related processes, including promotion, salary adjustment, and performance review cycles
• Conduct performance modeling and scenario analysis, ensuring fairness, competitiveness, and alignment with business outcomes
• Collaborate with HRBPs and business leaders to drive performance culture and execution

• Support the design and optimization of compensation structures, including salary bands, grading systems, and benchmarking
• Participate in short-term and long-term incentive design (bonus schemes, retention plans, etc.)
• Ensure internal equity and external competitiveness of compensation frameworks
• Provide data-driven insights for compensation decisions
Organizational Design & Effectiveness
• Support organizational design initiatives aligned with business growth and scaling needs
• Conduct organizational diagnostics and effectiveness analysis, identifying improvement opportunities
• Assist in building scalable structures and role clarity in a fast-changing environment
Talent Management & Development
• Support talent review and succession planning processes
• Contribute to high-potential talent identification and development programs
• Enable internal mobility and talent pipeline development
Organizational Analytics & Data Capability
• Build and maintain data models, dashboards, and analysis frameworks for performance and talent data
• Leverage advanced Excel (e.g., complex formulas, modeling) to support decision-making
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for business leaders
What We’re Looking For
Experience & Background
• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 5+ years of experience in OD / HR COE / HR Strategy roles
• Proven experience in performance management (end-to-end cycle) in mid-to-large scale organizations (preferably 1,000–3,000+ employees)
• Hands-on experience in compensation design, including salary bands, grading systems, or incentive schemes
Core Capabilities
• Strong expertise in performance framework design, modeling, and implementation

• Strong analytical, structured thinking, and problem-solving ability
Stakeholder & Execution
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrix environment
• Strong ownership, execution capability, and attention to detail
Nice to Have
• Experience in fast-growing tech / internet companies
