About the Role

We're looking for an Operations & Supply Chain Manager to take full ownership of our supply chain, inventory and purchasing across Australia and China. This is a senior, hands-on role. You'll be the person who makes sure we never run out of our products and never over-buy, that production lands on time, and that our stock, costs and retail orders run like clockwork. You're not a coordinator, you're the owner.

We're looking for someone who can take operations off our plate end-to-end and run it better than we have. You'll report directly to our founders.

What You'll Own

Inventory & Demand Planning

• Forecast demand across our online and retail channels and keep the right stock in the right place at the right time
• Set reorder points and quantities, balancing stock cover against cash, MOQs and lead times

Purchasing & Suppliers

• Manage purchasing across two supply chains, components direct from China and locally made finished goods, and hold suppliers to their dates
• Source and negotiate pricing and MOQs and build strong supplier relationships

Production & Supply

• Plan and schedule production runs with our Australian contract manufacturers, well ahead of demand
• Manage stock and components to and from manufacturers and coordinate retail-ready kitting

Logistics & Fulfilment

• Own the relationship with our 3PL warehouse: inbound receiving, dispatch and resolving exceptions
• Book inbound freight and keep online and wholesale orders shipping on time

Retail Operations

• Keep our retail partners supplied on time and in full, and get us ready for larger accounts (delivery compliance, labelling, pallet config)

Costs & Reporting

• Own inventory accuracy and the monthly stock close, keep COGS accurate, and report results to leadership monthly

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years in operations, supply chain, demand planning or purchasing within beauty, personal care, FMCG or another product business
• A strong grasp of the fundamentals: reorder points, safety stock, lead times, MOQs and forecasting
• Proven experience managing suppliers or contract manufacturers and holding them to deadlines
• Comfortable across 3PL and warehouse operations and inventory systems, with strong Excel experience
• Hands-on operator. Happy to roll up your sleeves on purchase orders, stock counts and the day-to-day detail if the role demands it
• Self-starter who can run with full autonomy. We're not going to manage you, you're going to manage us
• A major plus: experience supplying major grocery or pharmacy retailers
