We are looking for an experienced Backend Operations & Sales Backend Support team member based in the Philippines to help manage and improve the backend systems behind our sales, lead generation, CRM, campaigns, and daily operations.
This role is for Filipino applicants only. The company is based in Florida, USA, but the position is fully remote for candidates located in the Philippines.
This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone who can manage, bring value, think ahead, and take ownership without needing to be constantly monitored. The right person should be proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and able to improve systems, not just follow tasks.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and update sales lead lists, CRM records, databases, tagging, pipelines, and backend processes.
• Support lead generation workflows, including data cleaning, verification, organizing contacts, and removing duplicates.
• Manage and monitor tools such as GoHighLevel, Instantly, Google Sheets, Excel, and other sales/backend platforms.
• Track leads, replies, booked calls, opportunities, follow-ups, campaign performance, and sales activity.
• Keep lead data accurate, organized, categorized, and properly updated.
• Create reports for sales performance, lead sources, campaign results, pipeline activity, and team output.
• Help improve backend workflows, SOPs, task tracking, data organization, and reporting systems.
• Coordinate with sales, marketing, lead generation, and management teams.
• Assist with checking backend tasks and making sure records, reports, and workflows are accurate.
• Bring ideas, improvements, and better ways to organize the backend sales process.
Requirements:
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Filipino applicants only.
• Strong experience in backend operations, sales backend support, sales operations, CRM management, or lead generation operations.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems, spreadsheets, databases, pipelines, and reporting.
• Experience with GoHighLevel, Instantly, Google Sheets, Excel, or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors in data or workflows.
• Good written English communication.
• Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Able to take ownership, solve problems, and manage responsibilities without needing to be babysat.
• Experience with cold email campaigns, lead scraping, data verification, or sales automation is a strong plus.
Ideal Candidate:
• Can take ownership of the backend side of sales support and operations.
• Can manage systems, keep data clean, support reporting, organize workflows, and improve processes.
• Can work independently and bring value without needing constant follow-up.
• Can help keep everything behind the sales process properly maintained and organized.
