Responsibilities: Lead cross-functional projects spanning both Finance and Actuarial teams. Work closely with Finance Operations to develop a strong understanding of current processes and uncover opportunities for improvement. Maintain a comprehensive view of end-to-end workflows, delivering informed recommendations and contributing to solution design through effective stakeholder consultation. Manage key stakeholder relationships and communicate confidently with senior leadership teams to align on strategic priorities and ensure successful delivery. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field 3–5 years of experience in operational excellence, transformation, or digital innovation within the insurance or financial services industry. Strong understanding of insurance operations and regulatory environment. Familiarity with emerging technologies relevant to insurance (e.g., AI, RPA, IoT, OCR, and Blockchain). Proficiency in data tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or Python. Certifications in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, or project management (e.g., PMP) are a plus. Preferred Qualifications Background in Finance General knowledge with Power Automate/Apps Location: Quezon City Hybrid (3x onsite 2x WFH) 1pm-10pm (must be flexible to shifting schedule)
