About the role: We're looking for a proactive, community-obsessed specialist to be Ecommpay's authentic voice across user-generated and community platforms. This role uniquely combines hands-on community engagement with online visibility focus to build genuine relationships, surface critical market insights, and ensure Ecommpay is discovered and trusted wherever our target audiences seek payment solutions. You'll spend your days engaging in Reddit threads, answering Quora questions, managing our TikTok presence, and identifying other opportunities where Ecommpay should have a voice. You'll be our eyes and ears in the market, translating community conversations into actionable insights for our broader marketing and product strategies. This is not a traditional social media management role. We're looking for someone who thrives in the trenches of online communities, builds authentic relationships, and understands how to position a brand without being promotional. Responsibilities: Community Engagement (70-80%): • Build authentic presence on Reddit and Quora by participating in relevant discussions and answering questions (non-promotional, value-first approach) • Build and manage our TikTok account: community engagement, content curation, and trend identification (video creation support provided) • Identify and engage in emerging communities across LinkedIn and other channels where audiences congregate • Track trending topics, pain points, and questions to inform content strategy and refine buyer personas • Monitor competitor mentions and surface competitive intelligence • Coordinate review generation on external platforms • Maintain digital profiles accuracy • Identify and activate micro-influencer partnerships Content Support (20-30%): • Support content team as a writer Requirements: Essential: Experience working with online communities across different social media platforms An excellent command of English (C2 level or equivalent) Exceptional writing and communication skills with ability to explain complex concepts in simple words and adapt tone across platforms Self-starter with a thoughtful and proactive approach Ability to identify opportunities and work both independently and as part of the team Community-first mindset: ability to build relationships before promoting products Value-driven approach and willingness to go beyond expectations Nice to have: • 1-3 years’ experience in community management, social media, or related role (B2B SaaS/FinTech) • Proven track record managing brand presence on Reddit/Quora with authentic engagement examples • Experience launching/growing TikTok business channels • Familiarity with analytics and social listening tools What we offer: First-hand international experience in the payment processing industry Competitive salary, Health Insurance, Pension and Performance Based Bonus Hybrid work model – Based from office with flexibility for home/remote working Get an extra paid day off to celebrate your birthday Modern and well-located office in central London Excellent environment for personal and professional development Supportive, friendly colleagues and inspiring leaders At Ecommpay, you get to work in a flat, open and free environment, surrounded by committed, smart and talented colleagues from various cultural and academic backgrounds.
