Position: Office & Event Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office & Event Coordinator to support our day-to-day administrative operations and event management activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating internal processes, assisting with event planning and execution, managing documentation, and ensuring smooth communication across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Office Coordination
Manage administrative and operational tasks on a daily basis.
Maintain and organize company records, documents, and reports.
Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist with data management, reporting, and process documentation.
Support HR and operational activities as required.
Event Coordination
Assist in planning, organizing, and executing virtual and in-person events.
Coordinate with venues, vendors, speakers, sponsors, and attendees.
Manage event registrations, attendee communications, and logistics.
Support pre-event marketing activities and promotional campaigns.
Track event timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed on schedule.
Prepare event-related documentation, reports, and post-event summaries.
Communication & Support
Respond to inquiries from attendees, sponsors, and partners in a professional manner.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth event execution.
Assist in maintaining databases and CRM records.
Prepare presentations, spreadsheets, and operational reports as needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience in office administration, event coordination, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Experience with CRM systems, Zoom, and event management platforms is an asset.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
