Now, to strengthen our team, we are looking for a Office Assistance (f/m/d) Your responsibilities: Ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception area Coordinate reception activities – welcome and register visitors, handle phone calls, emails, internal and external communication, and information flow Provide support during meetings (refreshments, preparation of meeting rooms) Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier service Keep track of office supplies as well as refreshments and beverages (inventory, ordering, organization, storage) Check and enter incoming invoices into the system, record receipts for company card expenses Arrange business trips, maintain related records and attendance Provide administrative support to the HR department Assist with organizing company events and travel arrangements Your profile: Minimum secondary education (high school diploma) Previous experience is not required – suitable for graduates Fluent Czech and English (both written and spoken) Professional appearance and excellent communication skills Independent, reliable, flexible, with a positive attitude and team spirit Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to structure tasks efficiently, prioritize workloads, and meet deadlines Solid technical proficiency, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Our offer to you : If you're seeking a supportive and appreciative team that values individual differences and strengths, HSH Chemie may be the right place for you.
