Job Description Summary This role sits within the Information Security & Infrastructure organization, specifically within the Secure Connectivity and Services group, supporting the Site Delivery team. As a Manager for Network Build Services you will be coordinating Network Build programs and initiatives. You will work closely with a team of highly talented network professionals who design, implement, and maintain secure and reliable networking infrastructure for GE HealthCare. You will also represent the Network Build functions on multiple fronts, working with the Digital Workplace, Sourcing, Finance and Global Real Estate teams. The position is highly operational and execution-focused, managing demand, coordinating multiple concurrent initiatives, and ensuring smooth delivery of network-related projects (e.g. site builds, upgrades, decommissions). Please note: this is an individual contributor role with no direct people management responsibility. Job Description Roles and Responsibilities Program & Delivery Management Manage demand and program management activities Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers (VARs, OEMs) to procure necessary equipment and services Ensure timely delivery and installation Break down complex problems and estimate effort and timelines Work independently and contribute to both the immediate team and wider business teams Vendor & Financial Management Manage vendors across the portfolio Provide financial oversight for assigned initiatives Technical Coordination & Decision Support Demonstrate ability to make informed technology decisions based on due diligence and impact assessment Drive and participate in design reviews Apply existing technologies to designs Possess strong domain knowledge in networking (at the level needed to support decisions) Network Performance & Optimization Identify opportunities for network optimization Implement improvements to enhance efficiency and performance Governance, Standards & Compliance Ensure network designs and implementations comply with company standards and security protocols Collaboration & Influence Collaborate effectively across teams and functions Demonstrate strong customer focus in decisions and processes What We’re Looking For Must-have Strong project/program management experience Basic understanding of network infrastructure Experience working in a large, global, matrix organization Ability to manage high workload and multiple parallel projects Experience working with vendors and cross-functional stakeholders Comfortable working with engineers and discussing technical topics PMP, Scrum Master or related Project Management certifications are nice to have Desired Characteristics Excellent communication skills , with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely to diverse stakeholders Strong execution and delivery mindset , t ime and priority management Strong s takeholder management skills Strong team player - collaborates well with others to solve problems and actively incorporates input from various sources Strong analytical and problem-solving skills , with the ability to evaluate data, identify risks, anticipate obstacles, and develop actionable operational plans Strong customer focus , with demonstrated ability to build relationships, incorporate customer perspectives into decisions, and support future business needs Change-oriented mindset , with the ability to drive process improvements, manage competing priorities, and navigate complex situations with creative solutions Pay Range For Poland based positions, Annual Salary Range: 272 000 PLN - 374 000 PLN Placement within this range depends on: Relevant skills and qualifications Prior job-related experience Internal equity considerations (alignment with colleagues in similar roles) e.t.c.
