As an NDIS Rostering & Operations Coordinator, you’re the behind-the-scenes orchestrator ensuring everything runs like clockwork—even when the unexpected hits. Shifts change, needs evolve, and priorities compete—but you keep the system moving, the people supported, and the operations sharp. This is where precision meets pace, and where your decisions directly shape service delivery every single day. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage staff rosters aligned with client requirements. Allocate shifts, manage replacements, and handle last-minute changes. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to maintain service continuity. Maintain accurate records and generate operational reports. Support recruitment administration and compliance documentation. Use rostering systems (e.g., Deputy or similar) and Microsoft tools. Identify process gaps and recommend improvements. Requirements Required Qualifications (Must-Have): Minimum 2 years’ experience in rostering, scheduling, or workforce coordination. Strong administrative and reporting skills. Experience managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. Experience with rostering platforms (e.g., Deputy or similar). Strong communication skills across multiple stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications: Exposure to compliance-driven environments (NDIS experience preferred). Background in BPO, contact centers, or workforce planning.
