We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Claims Handler to join our Claims team. This role is designed for individuals looking to start their career in insurance and gain hands-on experience in claims handling. The successful candidate will assist in processing claims, providing excellent customer service, and learning the fundamentals of claims management. Key Responsibilities Claims Processing : Assist in the intake, review, and processing of insurance claims. Customer Service: Provide support to claimants, answering queries and guiding them through the claims process. Documentation: Ensure all claim documentation is complete, accurate, and filed appropriately. Investigation: Support the investigation of claims to determine validity and coverage. Communication: Liaise with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to facilitate claim resolution. Learning & Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop knowledge and skills in claims handling. Compliance: Adhere to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Excellent communications skills and a good telephone manner. Strong customer service ethos. The ability to work as part of a team. The ability to take responsibility for your own workload.
