Modern Workplace Engineer (Microsoft 365 & Intune)

As a Modern Workplace Engineer , you will play a key role in designing, building, and evolving our global digital workplace environment. You will own and optimize Microsoft 365 and endpoint management services, ensuring secure, scalable, and user-friendly solutions that enhance productivity across our international organization. This role combines technical expertise, engineering mindset, and global collaboration . Key Responsibilities Design and manage Microsoft 365, Intune, and endpoint environments Drive device management, security policies, and automation Lead endpoint strategy (Autopilot, lifecycle, compliance) Troubleshoot complex issues and improve global IT services Work cross-functionally with IT, Security, and Cloud teams Your Profile 5+ years in IT, focusing on Modern Workplace / EUC Strong experience with Intune, M365, Azure AD (Entra) Knowledge of endpoint management, MDM/MAM, security best practices Hands-on, solution-oriented, and comfortable in global environments
