Mobile Development Senior Manager

CLIENT PROFILE: A forward-thinking technology organization delivering innovative digital solutions and building high-impact mobile experiences at scale. Work Setup: Hybrid(2 days Onsite, 3 days WFH) Work Location: Ortigas, Pasig We are looking for an experienced Lead Mobile Developer to drive the development of high-performance mobile applications across iOS and Android . In this role, you will lead code quality initiatives, guide a team of developers, and ensure the successful delivery of scalable, stable, and user-centric mobile solutions. You will play a key role in mentoring developers, optimizing application performance, and championing modern mobile development practices. Key Responsibilities Code Quality & Architecture Lead comprehensive code reviews for iOS (Swift/SwiftUI) and Android (Kotlin/Jetpack Compose) applications. Enforce best practices in coding standards, architecture, and maintainability. Mobile Performance Optimization Ensure mobile apps meet performance benchmarks for responsiveness, stability, and scalability . Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across both platforms. Team Leadership & Mentorship Mentor and coach mobile developers to strengthen technical capabilities and development practices. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and engineering excellence. Agile Delivery & Collaboration Lead agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups . Collaborate closely with engineering leadership to ensure timely and high-quality delivery. Innovation & Continuous Improvement Stay up-to-date with emerging mobile technologies and frameworks. Introduce improvements that enhance development efficiency, scalability, and user experience . Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field . 9+ years of mobile development experience across both iOS and Android platforms . Proven leadership experience managing mobile development teams in agile environments . Strong expertise in: iOS development: Swift, SwiftUI Android development: Kotlin, Jetpack Compose Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies . Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills . Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills . Certifications in mobile development or agile practices are a plus. Willing to work hybrid in Ortigas, Pasig .
