As a Mental Health Sales Coordinator, you’ll be at the forefront of that experience — guiding prospective patients, answering questions, supporting onboarding, and helping people take their first step toward care.
This is a fast-paced and dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for helping others. We’re looking for individuals who can think quickly, adapt to changing situations, and maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction.
🔑 What You’ll Do
• Connect with prospective patients via phone, SMS, and other communication channels
• Guide patients through registration, onboarding, and appointment booking
• Match patients with providers based on their needs, availability, and preferences
• Handle inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and urgency
• Follow up consistently to support patient conversion and engagement
• Maintain accurate notes, schedules, and patient information across systems
• Monitor open conversations and ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth patient coordination and provider matching
• Navigate multiple systems and tools efficiently while maintaining organization and accuracy
• Stay aligned with workflows, quality standards, and performance expectations
🎯 What We’re Looking For
• Strong sales mindset with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Confident, empathetic, patient-focused, and solution-oriented approach
• Comfortable handling calls, multitasking, and working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Highly organized with good planning and prioritization abilities
• Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn and navigate multiple systems and platforms
• Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing workflows
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling sensitive or emotional conversations
• Reliable, self-motivated, and accountable in a remote work environment
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Reliable setup: stable internet connection, computer/laptop, quiet workspace, and headset

• Background in sales, customer support, call centers, healthcare outreach, or patient coordination
• Familiarity with U.S. healthcare, insurance verification, or patient intake processes
• Experience working with KPIs, SLAs, conversion goals, or customer follow-up workflows
• Experience working in high-volume customer-facing environments
📋 Position Details
• Full-time remote role
• 9-hour shifts per day, 5 days per week (aligned with U.S. time zones)
• Weekend shifts may be required depending on manpower scheduling and operational needs
• Scheduled rest days based on team structure and manpower scheduling
