We're looking for experienced Medical Science Liaisons and medical affairs professionals to help evaluate, validate, and improve AI systems being trained on biomedical and clinical content. Your deep knowledge of clinical data, healthcare communication, and scientific evidence will directly influence the quality and accuracy of next-generation AI tools used in life sciences.

What You'll Do
Review and evaluate AI-generated medical and clinical content for scientific accuracy, clarity, and appropriateness for healthcare professional audiences
Validate that clinical trial data, safety information, and biomedical narratives are correctly interpreted and clearly communicated
Identify errors, oversimplifications, or misleading representations in AI outputs
Provide structured feedback on the quality of scientific reasoning and medical communication
Support the development of high-integrity AI systems by applying your real-world MSL expertise
Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are
Experienced in medical affairs, clinical research, or scientific communications
Skilled at interpreting and communicating complex clinical data, publications, and regulatory materials
Background in a field-based or HCP-facing medical role — MSL, clinical educator, scientific advisor, or similar
Strong written communication skills with a talent for making complex science clear and accurate
Detail-oriented and committed to scientific integrity
No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, content evaluation, or quality review workflows
Familiarity with regulatory and medical affairs documentation standards
Background in pharmacology, oncology, rare disease, or other specialty therapeutic areas
