Job Purpose To promote the company’s products in the allocated territory Key Responsibilities promote the company’s products in the allocated territory Work with the winning mindset to achieve the quantitative and qualitative goals set Develop and manage the designed territory to achieve targets Representing the company's image in the pharmaceutical market Promoting the company’s portfolio according to the marketing strategy Developing a trustful long-term partnership with doctors Organizing scientific events Monitoring competitors’ activity within the allocated territory Identifies new clients and new business development opportunities Understand and analyse together with the manager, the sales development, competitive landscape, and KPIs defined Continuous learning regarding the products in the portfolio, to ensure professional services at the highest level Offers consultancy/support to the clients regarding the pharmacovigilance area Respects the laws, and ethical standards in accordance with internal rules and other regulations approved Fully aligned with company policies, procedures & internal rules Required Education University education (medical/pharmacy university education preferred) Required Skills and Experience at least 2 years of experience as Medical Representative Very good social and communication skills Business and entrepreneurial mindset Excellent analytical skills, proactive and self-motivated Demonstrated digital skills to promote remotely Good skills in MS Office: Word, Excel, PPT Clean driving license (B category) and availability to travel Kazak language is a must; good written and spoken English as additional advantage Required Languages fluent Kazak language is a must English as additional advantage At Recordati we believe in people!
