Location: Cyprus | Model: In-House Department Setup About the Role We are a highly successful global tech/fintech company with a significant footprint across multiple international markets, currently operating predominantly through a robust affiliate network.
We are now building an In-House marketing department from scratch.
Our vision is to develop it into a powerful, independent marketing arm capable of launching, promoting, and managing multiple brands simultaneously on a global scale.
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Head of Growth & Acquisition (Media Buyer / Growth Lead) to spearhead this strategic shift.
You will be the architect of our media buying operations, responsible for discovering new advertising channels, and building a global department that can take any current or future brand and generate high ROI across all viable traffic sources worldwide.
Key Responsibilities Global Innovation & Growth Strategy:
Actively and continuously seek out new media channels, platforms, and unconventional advertising methods across diverse international markets.
Establish early footholds and create a competitive advantage globally.
Multi-Brand Strategy:
Build digital assets and brand equity for our current brands, while establishing agile marketing infrastructures to launch and promote future brands the company plans to introduce worldwide.
Full-Scale Marketing Infrastructure:
Build, manage, and scale the internal media buying operations.
The ultimate goal is to build a marketing machine capable of promoting any brand across the most profitable traffic sources and funnels globally.
Hands-On Campaign Management:
Set up, launch, and manage high-budget global PPC and Social Media campaigns from day one.
Data & ROI Optimization:
Relentlessly track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance.
Manage core metrics (CPA, LTV, ROI) and ensure seamless integration with the company's tracking and CRM systems across different regions.
Global Collaboration:
Act as the bridge between central management and various regional teams or localized vendors. Provide clear briefs, guide localization efforts, and ensure cultural accuracy and high-converting creatives for different target countries.
Experience:
3+ years of proven, hands-on experience as a Campaign Manager / Media Buyer with large budgets and demonstrated growth capabilities on a global scale.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong, proven background in highly competitive, global B2C online industries.
Experience in fintech, e-commerce, complex digital services, or iGaming is a massive advantage.
Business English (Critical - all professional communication, strategy documents, and international briefings will be conducted in English).
Analytical Mastermind:
Deep understanding of tracking platforms, attribution models, A/B testing, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
Strictly data and ROI-driven.
Builder Mentality:
Willing and able to be 100% hands-on during the setup phase (launching campaigns and analyzing data independently), combined with the strategic vision to build and manage a multi-brand, global department as we scale.
Global Adaptability:
High emotional intelligence and the ability to lead, guide, and collaborate effectively with international teams, external vendors, and partners across various time zones and cultures.
Advantages :Previous experience in marketing and media buying across Tier 1 and Tier 2 markets (e.g., EU, LATAM, APAC). Hands-on experience with diverse, region-specific ad networks and traffic sources.
Must be based in Cyprus, but will work mostly remotely, possibly meeting up for meetings with the rest of the team in Limassol or Larnaca
Salary : 4-6kGross Monthly based on experience and industry .
