Responsibilities * Work with the marketing team to plan, develop and implement digital marketing strategies across multiple channels. * Establish a social media matrix. Manage and execute organic and paid social media campaigns across platforms, especially TikTok and Facebook. * Stay updated with content trends while managing social media platforms. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (text, images, videos) that aligns with brand messaging and is tailored for each platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, graphic designers, video editors, and other creatives. * Build relationships with the KOC and key users, responding to create user word of mouth online. * Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize growth. Requirements * 3-5 years of social marketing experience. A profound understanding of social media, especially TikTok. * English is working language, knowing Chinese is preferred. * Exceptional planning and communicating skills, particularly in technical and lifestyle & fashionable product. * Experience working in an international digital media agency or with a young consumer brand in the FMCG category. * A creative problem-solver who thrives on bold ideas and innovative thinking.
