Marketplace Manager
About the role
Hajus AG is looking for a Marketplace Manager to manage and develop sales channels across European marketplaces. This role is focused on daily marketplace operations, marketplace onboarding, product listing management, product data quality, pricing and stock coordination, and communication with marketplace support teams.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with European marketplaces, understands marketplace requirements, product data structures, pricing logic, stock management, and is comfortable working with ERP/PIM systems and automation tools.
Responsibilities
• Manage daily marketplace operations across multiple European sales channels
• Support onboarding and launch of new marketplaces
• Create, update, and optimize product listings according to marketplace requirements
• Maintain product data quality, including categories, attributes, images, descriptions, and technical specifications
• Coordinate pricing, stock updates, product availability, and marketplace-specific requirements
• Work with ERP/PIM systems such as Plentymarkets, JTL Wawi, and Odoo
• Monitor marketplace performance, listing quality, and operational issues
• Handle returns, disputes, and customer communication when needed
• Communicate with marketplace support teams to resolve technical and operational issues
• Support process automation for product posting, orders, prices, and stock updates
• Work with Mirakl-based marketplaces and other European marketplace platforms
• Improve marketplace processes and support day-to-day e-commerce operations
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in marketplace management, e-commerce operations, or a similar role
• Experience with European marketplaces such as eBay, Cdiscount, Kaufland, Bol.com, Otto.de, Allegro, eMag, Hood, or Mirakl-based platforms
• Understanding of marketplace onboarding, product listing structure, categories, attributes, pricing, and stock logic
• Experience with Plentymarkets, JTL Wawi, Odoo, or similar ERP/PIM systems
• Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with large amounts of product data
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• English at a working level; German, French, or Polish would be a plus
Nice to have
• Experience with n8n or other automation tools
• Basic understanding of APIs and data exchange between systems
• Basic JavaScript knowledge
• Experience launching new marketplaces from scratch
• Experience with Mirakl-based platforms
