π Our Context
We are a growing team of passionate, performance-driven people on a mission to build and scale exceptional e-commerce brands.
Over the past 10 years, we've grown The Conqueror Challenges into a global community of over 1 million people, helping them build healthy habits through 100+ virtual challenges inspired by real-world routes and epic universes like The Lord of the Rings, Harry Potter, Star Wars, and many more.
Now, we're entering an exciting new chapter: expanding The Conqueror while also acquiring and developing new brands worldwide. We scale both fully owned and partially owned businesses, combining our marketing, data, and operational excellence expertise to accelerate their growth. Our portfolio spans fitness, wellness, lifestyle, and women's health DTC businesses such as Enroush, Karu, Shemoves and other emerging global brands.
π About the Role
We're building something ambitious: an internal marketing agency that services all brands in our portfolio across Creative, Paid Media, Funnel, Retention, and Campaigns. Each department is led by a team leader. The CMO oversees everything. But between the team leaders and the CMO, there's a gap and that's where you come in.
You'll work directly with the CMO and across all five departments to understand how each one operates, identify gaps and inefficiencies, drive cross-department alignment, and push the overall quality and output of the agency forward. Your influence will come from how deeply you understand the work, how sharp your analysis is, and how good your recommendations are - not from a title or formal authority.
This is not a management role from day one. It's a strategic and operational partner role. You'll be embedded across teams, asking the right questions, connecting dots others miss, and making the agency work the way it should. Over time, as trust is built and the agency grows, this role has a clear path to evolve into something bigger.
A core part of this role is looking across all brands and departments through a performance-data lens β spotting patterns that arenβt visible inside any single team, and turning those insights into process improvements that lift output everywhere.
A note on what we're really looking for: We want someone who is relentlessly driven. Someone who can juggle multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping quality. Someone who isn't satisfied with "good enough", but who naturally pushes toward excellence in everything they touch, from a process audit to a strategic recommendation. If you're the kind of person who spots what's broken before anyone else does and can't rest until it's fixed properly, this role was made for you.
π What You'll Own
- Cross-department process & synergies: Drive alignment between the five marketing departments. Identify where teams are duplicating effort, where handoffs are breaking, and where better coordination would unlock faster or better output β measured by impact on performance, not just efficiency.
- Department audits: Conduct thorough audits across all five teams β understand their workflows, tools, capacity, pain points, and output quality. Translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations that make each team sharper.
- Agency-level OKR ownership: Own the tracking and progress of key marketing agency OKRs. Make sure objectives are moving, flag blockers early, and drive accountability across teams without needing direct authority.
- Cross-brand performance analysis: Analyze marketing performance data across all portfolio brands to identify whatβs working, whatβs underperforming, and why. Spot patterns, outliers, and transferable wins β then translate them into concrete process changes and playbooks that raise performance across teams and brands.
- AI tool implementation oversight: Ensure AI adoption across departments is structured and intentional β not only ad-hoc. Help teams adopt tools that genuinely improve their work, track what's working, and build best practices.
- Quality & output standards: Be the person who raises the bar. Understand what great work looks like across creative, paid, funnel, retention, and campaigns β and help every team get closer to it. Challenge the status quo when needed.
- Strategic projects from the CMO: Take on ad-hoc strategic initiatives β competitive analysis, new process design, campaigns, resource planning, or whatever the agency needs at the moment. Comfortable with ambiguity and fast context-switching.
π You Might Be the One If...
- You have 3-5 years of experience in marketing, agency operations, or a strategic marketing role β ideally in a DTC, e-commerce, or performance marketing environment. Quality of experience matters more than years.
- You've worked across multiple marketing disciplines before (not just one channel) and understand how they connect. You can talk to a paid media manager and a creative lead in the same afternoon and hold your own.
- Youβre comfortable working with performance data. You can pull insights from marketing metrics across channels and brands, see the story in the numbers, and use it to back your recommendations β you donβt rely on intuition alone.
- You are really driven. You manage multiple workstreams without losing track, without dropping quality, and without waiting to be told what to do next. You have high standards for yourself and for the work around you.
- You're a natural problem-spotter. You walk into a team's process and can quickly identify what's working, what's not, and what could be 10x better. You don't just flag problems β you come with solutions.
- You strive for excellence β not perfection that paralyzes, but a genuine, consistent push to make everything you touch better than you found it.
- You can influence without authority. You build trust through competence and consistency, not title. Team leaders respect you because your recommendations are sharp and well-informed, not because you outrank them.
- You're comfortable with ambiguity. This role is being shaped as we go. If you need a perfect playbook on day one, this isn't for you.
- You're curious about AI tools and how they can genuinely improve marketing workflows β not just as a buzzword, but as a real lever for better work.
