Job Overview We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Manager to join a fast-growing influencer marketing company working with UK-based brands. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution across digital marketing channels. You will play a key role in shaping and delivering impactful marketing campaigns, managing brand messaging, and driving audience engagement through innovative influencer-led strategies. The successful candidate will bring strong Meta (Facebook & Instagram) marketing expertise , along with a broad understanding of marketing strategy, content creation, design, and copywriting. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to support brand growth and campaign performance. Manage and optimise Meta advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. Collaborate with influencer partnerships to amplify marketing campaigns and brand messaging. Create compelling marketing content including copy, visuals, and campaign messaging. Design engaging marketing assets for social media, digital campaigns, and promotional materials. Write, edit, and refine marketing copy for advertisements, landing pages, social media, and campaigns. Analyse campaign performance and optimise strategies using marketing analytics and insights. Manage brand voice and ensure consistency across all marketing channels. Work closely with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Stay up to date with emerging marketing trends, influencer strategies, and digital advertising best practices. Qualifications and Experience Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing , preferably within digital marketing or influencer marketing environments. Strong experience managing Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns . Proven ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies. Experience in design and content creation , with familiarity using design tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms. Excellent copywriting, editing, and content development skills . Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including social media, paid media, and influencer collaborations. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data and improve campaign performance. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously. Access to a reliable laptop and stable high-speed internet connection .
