We are looking for a proactive, ambitious and experienced marketing manager to join our team. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in helping drive our agency's growth and enhance our market presence. You will lead strategic marketing initiatives to elevate our brand, engage our target audiences, and support business development efforts. Key Responsibilities: Client and Market Insights - Conduct market, competitor and audience research and analysis to identify trends and insights. Translate and apply those trends and insights into actionable marketing initiatives to attract new and grow existing clients. Develop and Execute Marketing Plans - Create comprehensive marketing plans aligned with our business objectives. Implement activity that promotes our unique proposition, solutions, services, expertise, and thought leadership. Utilise data-driven insights to optimise marketing performance and ROI. Digital Marketing Expertise - Oversee all marketing activities including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content strategy - leaning on key internal experts and teams as required. Drive traffic, engagement, and leads through digital channels. Content Strategy and Thought Leadership - Lead content strategy and development, ensuring high-quality, relevant content that resonates with our audiences. Position us as a thought leader through articles, whitepapers, case studies, and speaking engagements. Content Development – Responsible for creating content (copywriting, messaging) and visual design (graphics, layout) for marketing materials, ensuring consistency and effectiveness in messaging and visual representation. Brand Management - Manage and enhance our brand as a premium professional services agency through consistent branding, messaging and creative campaigns and activity. Ensure brand integrity across all channels and communications. Profile -Self-motivated, independently minded with a positive can-do attitude. -Ability to multitask, prioritise and work under pressure ensuring project delivery on time. -Strong analytical and commercial nous alongside a collaborative and creative approach. -Alignment to our values of ingenuity, imagination, authenticity and kindness. Required Skills and Experience: - Proven track record as a Marketing Manager, ideally within a professional services agency. -Strong understanding on how digital marketing can drive positive business outcomes. -Demonstrated success in creating cross-channel campaigns that drive engagement and lead generation. -Excellent (Native or Bilingual Proficiency) written and verbal communication skills. -Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
