As we grow, we are expanding our digital presence and marketing efforts and are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to help lead and execute our marketing initiatives.

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Marketing Coordinator to manage and execute digital marketing activities across multiple channels. This is a fully remote position requiring strong independence, creativity, and the ability to manage projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can translate technical product information into clear, engaging marketing content.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company social media presence (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
• Develop and publish engaging marketing content across digital platforms
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
• Maintain and update company website content (WordPress or CMS)
• Create marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and presentations
• Support lead generation and customer engagement strategies
• Conduct market and competitor research
• Track, analyze, and report marketing performance metrics
• Assist in planning and promoting trade shows and events
• Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels

Required Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, digital marketing, or communications
• Strong writing and content creation skills
• Experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
• Proficiency in basic design tools (Canva or Adobe Creative Suite)
• Experience with email marketing platforms
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and personal workspace

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SEO and content marketing strategies
• Familiarity with WordPress or similar CMS platforms
• Experience with HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar tools
• Background in agriculture, manufacturing, or industrial industries
• Experience managing paid ads or marketing campaigns
