Marketing Coordinator

Our corporate client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to help accelerate the completion of projects over the summer.

High-level details:

- Hours/week: 20
- Duration: June 1st - September 1st, 2026
- Equipment: client to provide
- Location: remote, although hiring leader is in EST

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with hands-on Workfront experience to support project execution and help drive momentum across key initiatives during the summer months.

This individual will play a critical role in ensuring projects move forward efficiently and stay on track. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-motivated professional who can operate independently while effectively collaborating across teams.

They will be responsible for actively managing project workflows within Workfront, including:

- Driving timely completion of deliverables by proactively following up with stakeholders
- Gathering, organizing, and synthesizing project inputs and updates
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project statuses within Workfront
- Acting as a liaison between team members to ensure transparency and alignment

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 1-3 years' experience in marketing (i.e. as a Marketing Coordinator, Marketing Specialist, or similar role)
- Experience in Workfront is required
- This role is best suited for someone who is comfortable taking initiative, confident in navigating cross-functional communication, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- A willingness to own progress by tracking down updates and resolving bottlenecks is key to success.
