Carepod is a premium humidifier brand originally designed in Korea, known for our stainless steel water tanks, filter-free system, and elevated design. We operate across the US, Canada, and Australia, with strong seasonal performance in Q4 and continued growth year over year.

As we continue scaling, we are focused on building a stronger presence across social media, content, partnerships, and brand marketing — and we’re looking for someone highly organized and proactive to help bring those efforts to life.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Marketing Assistant to support execution for day-to-day marketing initiatives across social media, content, press & partnerships, and campaign operations.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. You’ll help coordinate content, manage creative assets, support partnerships and campaigns, and keep marketing projects moving efficiently across teams.

Key Responsibilities

📊 General Marketing Support

• Assist with research decks
• Gather and organize creative assets across campaigns
• Support cross-team communication
• Help keep marketing efforts aligned and organized

📱 Social Media Support

• Research seasonal trends, competitors, and content opportunities
• Schedule and publish social posts and stories
• Assist with community management across social platforms (comments, DMs)
• Help coordinate social giveaways + campaigns

✍️ Content + Editorial Support

• Assist with writing articles and content updates
• Help execute the editorial calendar
• Ensure content follows SEO guidelines
• Refresh and maintain existing blog content
• Track content performance using tools like SEMRush

📰 Press + Partnership Support

• Assist with partnership and giveaway coordination
• Help organize press outreach materials and brand assets
• Track partnership deliverables, timelines, and communication
• Support product seeding and shipment coordination
• Required Skills & Experience
• 1–3+ years in marketing, social media, content, partnerships or similar role
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Familiarity with social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Basic understanding of content marketing and SEO
• Comfortable working with tools like Google Docs, Notion, Dropbox and Canva
