Your job Manage daily operations of the CS Partner Program and vendor relationships. Collect, analyze, and prioritize partner feedback to identify improvement opportunities. Manage feedback loops, ensuring issues are tracked, resolved, and communicated to Sales & CS teams. Oversee QA Specialists. Monitor QA results, KPIs, and vendor performance; drive corrective actions as needed. Facilitate regular reviews with vendors to align on performance, quality, and strategic priorities.
