Job Overview Key Responsibilities Manage assigned localization and Linguistic Validation projects to meet delivery, quality, and profitability targets Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle Maintain accurate project documentation, trackers, and status updates Monitor project budgets, invoicing, and change orders to ensure financial control Escalate risks, quality concerns, and resource issues when needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges and deliver high-quality outcomes Ensure all work aligns with client requirements and RWS production processes Support process improvement initiatives and localization best practices Maintain accurate records and contribute to KPI and reporting activities Build strong relationships with stakeholders and support client retention and account growth Take ownership of personal development and continuously improve project management knowledge and skills Skills & Experience Experience in Project Management, localization, or project coordination roles Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments with multiple projects Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Good organizational and planning abilities Ability to manage priorities and solve problems effectively Financial awareness and budget management understanding Experience with Microsoft Office and project management or localization tools Knowledge of translation management systems, CAT tools, and AI-assisted productivity tools is a plus Ability to work collaboratively across departments and teams Comfortable working under pressure and adapting to changing priorities Degree or qualification in Project Management, Business, or related field is preferred 3–5 years of relevant experience preferred In accordance with applicable pay transparency legislation, candidates will be informed of the salary range for this position prior to interview .
