Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Luxury Travel Manager. The Luxury Travel Manager will be responsible for curating personalized travel experiences for clients by managing travel arrangements, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a seamless booking process. Day-to-day tasks include planning and booking flights, accommodations, and exclusive experiences, maintaining client relationships, and handling inquiries. The role also involves identifying opportunities to optimize clients' points and rewards for luxurious and cost-effective travel.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Travel Management and organizing Travel Arrangements
- Experience and skills in Sales and relationship building
- Attention to detail and ability to customize luxury travel experiences
- Familiarity with airline, hotel, and credit card reward programs is a plus
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism, Business, or a related field is preferred
