Role Overview

At Job Duck, we are looking for a dedicated Intake Specialist who will serve as the first point of contact for potential clients and play a critical role in the firm’s growth. In this role, you will manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, respond promptly to intake leads, and ensure every caller feels heard, supported, and guided. Your day to day work will directly impact client satisfaction and conversion by balancing empathy with a results driven approach. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast paced environments, understands the importance of urgency, and enjoys contributing to both client experience and operational efficiency.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST (USA)

Your Responsibilities Will Include but Are Not Limited To:

• Coordinating with internal team members to support client onboarding
• Conducting initial client intakes with empathy and clarity
• Responding quickly and professionally to new intake leads
• Maintaining accurate records within the CRM
• Tracking and reporting intake activity during slower call periods
• Qualifying leads using a sales-minded approach
• Following up with potential clients to maintain engagement
• Managing inbound and outbound calls throughout the workday

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong English proficiency written and verbal
• Ability to manage approximately 45+ calls per day
• Comfortable handling a mix of inbound and outbound calls
• Capable of switching between call handling and administrative reporting during slower periods
• Reliable computer setup (laptop/PC, headset, stable internet min. 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload)
• Quiet, distraction-free remote work environment
