Lead Product Manager (AI-Native / Agentic AI)

We’re looking for a highly driven Lead Product Manager to work closely with the founders & engineering team to shape & scale next-generation AI products.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and enjoys solving complex problems in an early-stage environment.

What You’ll Do.

• Own product strategy and execution across AI-native product initiatives. Drive product discovery, experimentation, and rapid iteration
• Work directly with leadership to define product vision and roadmap
• Design and ship multi-agent workflows and AI-powered user experiences
• Translate business problems into scalable AI product solutions
• Lead and mentor a lean product team while involve in building the product & team culture
• Collaborate closely with engineers, designers, operations, and growth teams
• Evangelize product vision internally and externally

What We’re Looking For.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
• Min. 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in startup or high-growth environments
• Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills (as they're a remote-first organization), and passionate about solving difficult problems
• AI Understanding. Strong understanding of modern AI concepts such as LLMs, memory & persistent memory, context engineering, agent orchestration, multi-agent systems)
• Able to prototype ideas independently using AI-assisted development tools
• Comfortable bridging technical, business, and product conversations
• Nice to have: experience building AI-native or agentic products, or any personal AI side projects, experiments, or prototypes
