This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience using modern lead generation tools and platforms to identify, engage, and convert prospects. The Role As a Lead Generator, you will be responsible for developing and executing B2B email marketing campaigns, leveraging platforms such as Apollo, Smartlead, and LinkedIn messaging . You’ll collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to deliver qualified leads that fuel business growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage B2B email marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads Use tools such as Apollo, Smartlead, and LinkedIn messaging to identify and engage prospects Build and maintain prospect lists and databases for outreach campaigns Monitor campaign performance, track metrics, and optimize for higher conversion rates Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with business goals Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and data protection regulations Required Qualifications Proven experience in B2B lead generation and email marketing Hands-on expertise with Apollo, Smartlead, LinkedIn messaging , and similar tools Strong understanding of email campaign development, sequencing, and personalization Ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies for maximum impact Excellent communication and organizational skills Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven Preferred Skills Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) Knowledge of marketing automation workflows Familiarity with A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques
