Key
Responsibilities:
Provide professional language support for client interactions (remote and/or on-site depending on location and request type).
Communicate accurately, clearly, and respectfully while
maintaining
confidentiality.
Confirm availability promptly and follow assignment instructions and guidelines.
Maintain a professional demeanor and
timely
communication with TLD throughout each assignment.
What
We are
looking for
:
Language Skills: Fluency in English and at least one
additional
language (all languages encouraged).
Experience: Interpreting or language-
services
experience is a
plus but
not
required
.
Key Traits: Reliability, professionalism,
strong communication
skills, and responsiveness.
Technical Readiness (for remote requests): Ability to take calls/video meetings with stable internet and a quiet environment (preferred).
