We would like to meet a Java CCM - French for a full remote project - Portugal based.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Java EE and JavaScript technologies.
• Develop and customize document templates within Customer Communications Management (CCM) platforms for omnichannel customer communications.
• Build and consume REST APIs to support business processes and system integrations.
• Create and optimize SQL queries, preferably in Oracle database environments.
• Develop and maintain web-based solutions using HTML, HTML5, XML, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and development teams to gather and implement requirements.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and document generation issues.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability through best development practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and deployment processes.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field;
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Java Development with Customer Communications Management (CCM) tools for industrial document template design and omnichannel routing;
• Experience with REST APIs, SQL (preferably Oracle), HTML5, XML and Javascript;
• Experience with Linux, shellscripting and/or Python (is a plus);
• Experience with enterprise document management and customer communication platforms ando f Agile methodologies (is a plus);
• Fluent in French and advanced in English (mandatory).
