About Support Tech LLC Support Tech LLC is your nationwide partner for on-site IT solutions, providing crucial "smart hands" for remote support, tech deployments, and flexible IT staffing to ensure operational continuity for multi-site businesses. We're dedicated to being the boots on the ground, solving real-world problems and making a tangible impact by executing efficiently within agreed-upon SLAs. What You'll Do Implement, maintain, and optimize security controls and solutions across our Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, including identity, data, network, and endpoint protection. Monitor, detect, analyze, and respond to security incidents and threats using Microsoft security tools like Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender suite (XDR, for Cloud, for O365, for Endpoint). Contribute to the design and evolution of our cybersecurity strategy and architecture, ensuring alignment with Zero Trust principles and industry best practices. Conduct vulnerability assessments, manage remediation efforts, and assist in ensuring compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with IT operations and other teams to integrate security throughout the IT lifecycle, providing expertise and driving continuous security posture improvements. Requirements What We're Looking For Must be a US-based candidate. Demonstrable expertise in Microsoft Azure security services and Microsoft 365 security features, coupled with 3-5 years of experience in IT security, specifically focusing on cloud security. Required Certification/s: Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500) Microsoft Certified: Security Operations Analyst Associate (SC-200) Microsoft Certified: Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100) Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, frameworks (NIST, MITRE ATT&CK), and Zero Trust methodologies, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in security operations center (SOC) functions, including incident response, threat detection, and analysis, along with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
