Your Key Responsibilities Provide top-notch support to Irish-speaking players through multiple communication channels, such as chat, email, and forums. Assist players in troubleshooting their issues and resolving queries efficiently to enhance overall satisfaction. Gather and relay player feedback to improve our services and gaming products. Document player interactions and maintain accurate records in our support systems. Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure operational efficiency and effective problem resolution. Participate in the development and implementation of best practices for player support. Fluency in Irish is essential; proficiency in English is beneficial. A genuine passion for gaming with an understanding of the latest gaming trends. Previous customer support experience or a background in the gaming industry is an asset, but not required. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with players. Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward resolving player issues.
