This role is the high-velocity data engine powering KMC’s outbound growth. You will be responsible for the end-to-end architecture of our lead sourcing strategy, transitioning from manual prospecting to a scalable, automated "list-generating engine" that fuels our U.S. and international expansion teams. Data Strategy & Segmentation: Identify and extract deep-level insights into our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to build hyper-targeted outbound lists. HubSpot Automation & Integration: Build and manage sophisticated automation workflows within HubSpot to ensure seamless lead routing and lifecycle stage integrity. CRM Hygiene & Management: Act as the primary gatekeeper for HubSpot data accuracy, ensuring 98%+ data integrity and eliminating duplicates or "dead" leads. Market Intelligence: Perform deep-dive research into new accounts and contacts, adding 200+ high-intent contacts per month to the active pipeline. Performance Reporting: Maintain real-time dashboards to track lead quality, list exhaustion rates, and conversion velocity from lead-to-MQL. Required Skills & Experience Absolute Expert List Builder: Proven track record of generating thousands of high-quality leads using advanced Boolean search, web scraping, and data enrichment tools. Deep Data Expertise: Extensive experience with B2B lead generation platforms (e.g., Apollo, ZoomInfo, Sales Nav) and their integration with HubSpot. HubSpot Power User: Advanced mastery of HubSpot CRM, specifically regarding workflows, custom properties, and automated sequences. Analytical Mindset: Highly autonomous and metrics-driven, with the ability to identify patterns in data that lead to higher SQL conversion rates. Process Oriented: 3+ years in a Growth, Business Development, or Data Operations role focusing on outbound scale.
