Key Responsibilities Independent Lead Sourcing: Proactively identify and source your own leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Apollo; you will not rely solely on provided lists. Cold Outreach: Execute personalized cold outreach campaigns targeting small business owners and individuals across Georgia. Niche Product Promotion: Educate prospects on the value of "first-event" cancer policies and final expense coverage, emphasizing the importance of protection before a diagnosis occurs. CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records and manage the lead pipeline within Go High Level . AI Integration: Leverage AI tools to personalize outreach and improve marketing efficiency from an individual perspective. Requirements Insurance Expertise: You must "breathe insurance" and have prior experience in the industry to navigate complex disclosures and policy details. Entrepreneurial Mindset: We value creativity and unconventional ideas; you should be a self-starter who thrives on "hunting" for new business. Sales Acumen: Proven ability to handle sensitive conversations (e.g., cancer, death) with empathy, professionalism, and high service standards. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Go High Level is required.
