Job Description Build and maintain targeted prospect lists for potential clients Research and identify qualified prospects that align with the company's services and ideal customer profile Source accurate contact information and keep prospect records up to date Execute email outreach campaigns and follow-up sequences to nurture leads Manage outreach conversations and maintain consistent communication with prospects Maintain accurate CRM records, including lead tagging, segmentation, and activity tracking Assist with email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns Schedule discovery calls and meetings with qualified prospects Monitor outreach performance and provide regular progress updates Collaborate with the team to optimize outreach strategies and improve campaign results Identify opportunities to streamline processes and increase lead generation effectiveness Must Haves • Experience in lead generation, prospecting, outreach, appointment setting, or a similar role • Experience with B2B outreach and direct email prospecting • Strong research skills with the ability to identify and qualify potential prospects • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently • Reliable, accountable, and committed to following through on tasks • Comfortable learning and using new systems, tools, and software • Must be a Filipino citizen currently residing in the Philippines Nice to Haves • Experience working with marketing, creative, or advertising agencies • Experience supporting service-based businesses • Familiarity with CRM platforms and lead management systems • Experience with email marketing and lead nurturing campaigns • Experience with LinkedIn outreach or other multi-channel prospecting methods • Experience working with U.S.-based businesses • Background in creative, digital marketing, photography, video production, or related industries Home Office Requirements Please only apply for this role if you have the following home office requirements: · Perfectly working headset and webcam · Stable internet connection of at least 25 Mbps ~ 50 Mbps · Up to date computer system with a minimum of Windows 10 or later and macOS Monterey (12.0) or later · Quiet room with no distractions or background noises · A backup plan if the power goes out or if your internet connection becomes unstable during your shift Only applicants meeting the strict criteria above will be contacted.
