What you’ll be doing...
The Instructional Design Analyst plays a key role in developing and managing learning platform assets. This individual will create, maintain, and optimize learning content across multiple platforms, ensuring alignment with project initiatives and business needs. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design effective learning materials and ensure smooth deployment and user experience. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, instructional design skills, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
● Learning Asset Creation: Develop and create various learning assets, including but not limited to modules, videos, job aids, and assessments for multiple learning platforms.
● Platform Management: Manage and update learning content across different platforms, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
● Project Data Collection: Collect and maintain project information related to learning asset development, including timelines, requirements, and stakeholder feedback.
● Asana Proficiency: Utilize Asana to manage tasks, workfl ows, and project timelines for learning asset creation. ● Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with subject matter experts and other departments to gather content and ensure alignment of learning assets with business objectives.
● Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed documentation of learning asset development and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
● Presentation and Communication: Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership on the status of learning asset development and platform management.
● Technical Proficiency: Utilize Google G Suite, Asana, and Slack for project management and communication.
What we’re looking for...
You’ll need to have:
● Bachelor’s degree (may substitute with 4 or more years of equivalent experience)
● Minimum of 2 years of related project coordination or learning content development experience required.
● Exceptional attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
● Excellent communication skills: Superior English writing and reading abilities are essential.
● Excellent time management for multiple concurrent projects and deadlines.
● Technical proficiency in Google G Suite.
● Proven ability to create and maintain spreadsheets, presentations, and documents.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Even better if you have one or more of the following:
● Experience with designing instructional content using a variety of learning management systems (LMS)
● Proficiency using Asana, Slack, and/or Adobe Creative Cloud.
● Prior project management or coordination experience.
● Familiarity with learning and development teams and/or corporate training environments.
● Experience using content development tools such as Articulate Storyline/Rise, Vyond, Skyllful, Camtasia, etc.
