Job Summary - The primary objective is to engage prospects, understand their requirements, educate them about the product benefits, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities ● Make outbound calls to pre-qualified and interested US customers. ● Explain the features and benefits of the products. ● Build rapport with prospective customers and understand their needs. ● Qualify leads based on customer interest, property suitability, and budget. ● Schedule appointments for the sales consultants. ● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM. ● Follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales pipeline. ● Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling targets. ● Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and status updates.
Eligibility Criteria ● Any Graduate or Diploma holder. ● Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written). ● US accent preferred. ● Experience in US calling, telemarketing, lead generation, or appointment setting is an advantage. ● CRM knowledge preferred.
