The Support and Development Center provide services to Agnico Eagle's various Canadian and / or international mining operations in a variety of areas, including administration, financial services, IT, supply chain, human resources, communications, construction as well as technical services (geology, engineering, metallurgy, infrastructure, marketing, innovation, and digital transformation). YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE: Reporting to the Innovation Advisor, and within a context where innovation is central to Agnico Eagle’s strategy, you will play a key facilitation and support role for the team. Upcoming challenges will focus on structuring and supporting team members, strengthening collaboration, managing internal and external relationships, and showcasing the team’s accomplishments. The overall objective is to foster an environment that encourages innovation, collective performance, and recognition of achievements, while ensuring effective communication and efficient organization. In this role, you will be called upon to stimulate technological engagement and ensure the successful delivery of key innovation initiatives. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and promote a culture of collaboration and openness to enhance the successful implementation of new technologies. You will ensure that objectives are met while promoting and upholding Agnico Eagle’s values, as well as its health, safety, and environmental code of conduct. More specifically, you will have to: Manage the innovation project portfolio; Assist and support the team in case management and work organization; Actively support team members in the execution of their projects by offering guidance, resources, and appropriate methodologies; Facilitate collaboration among internal and external stakeholders; Optimize administrative processes and document management; Develop and implement an internal communication strategy to highlight team achievements and promote innovation across the organization; Design communication tools and materials tailored to various external interactions and audiences; Support the preparation of reports and presentations; Develop, create, and maintain a strong network of contacts across the organization; Share information and successes to ensure organizational-wide visibility and knowledge transfer; Contribute to positioning innovation as a strategic pillar within the organization. WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED A university degree in a relevant field (e.g., administration, management, communications), combined with significant relevant experience; Demonstrated experience in people management and employee development; Excellent knowledge of Agnico Eagle’s challenges, realities, operations, and decision-making processes; Proven experience in project management; Excellent command of spoken and written French and English; Proficiency in the use of the English language as you will be working in collaboration with other Agnico Eagle sites where English is the primary language. Your Work Schedule Schedule: 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday. Possibility of 5-2-4-3 schedule; Workplace: Possibility to work in one of AEM's offices closer to your residence in Rouyn-Noranda, or Val-d'Or. There is a possibility to have a hybrid work schedule, working some days from an AEM office and some days in telecommuting. Occasional travel to various sites may be required, and work hours may vary according to operational needs.
