Who we're looking for: PhD candidates, postdoctoral fellows, lecturers, or professors currently affiliated with a top-30 US or top-20 UK university Demonstrated independent research output in your field (published papers, conference work, thesis, or equivalent) Prior experience teaching, mentoring, or advising students - ideally with undergraduates or high school students Genuine interest in working with high schoolers on long-form projects, including the patience required to scaffold college-level work for a pre-college audience Cross-cultural fluency, with the ability to communicate effectively with a globally diverse student body Steady availability and engagement throughout the mentorship Comfortable with two-way feedback, both with students and the program team Department Service Delivery Locations United States, United Kingdom Remote status Fully Remote
