Overview of Role/Job Purpose: An Implementation Specialist I is responsible for ensuring the successful deployment of projects, working closely with clients and internal teams to meet project goals. Here are some key responsibilities and requirements for this role: Essential Job Duties: Client Interaction : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process. Project Coordination : Develop and execute implementation strategies, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Technical Support : Provide technical assistance and support to clients, resolving any issues that arise. Training and Documentation : Conduct user training sessions and create detailed documentation to support the implementation process. Collaboration : Work with product management and other internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes. Quality Assurance : Perform user acceptance testing and ensure the quality of the implementation. Required Skills/Qualifications: Experience : Previous experience in implementation, project management, or a related field. Technical Skills : Knowledge of relevant software and technologies, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. Education : A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field. Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
