About the Role The Dental Software Implementation Specialist ensures a smooth onboarding experience for our customers by providing project management, coordination and training. This position is a full-time 24-months contract role based in GTA, Ontario. While you will be based out of your home office, the role does require travel within the GTA. Responsibilities Skilled at analyzing business processes and guiding customers to ensure a smooth transition to ClearDent’s system s Perform on-site training, remote training , and consultative services Create educational materials and conduct webinars Build lasting relationships with our customers to ensure success Maintain accurate histories of customer contacts and training records in our CRM system Work with product management to improve software applications and services Other duties as assigned What You Bring 2 years of dental practice management experience is required 1 year of t raining experience or equivalent Public speaking skill Independent worker Ability to train in a variety of settings and to a variety of experience levels Strong customer relationship-building skills Organization and accurate record-keeping are imperative in this role Preference for those with ClearDent software experience Attributes Efficient and organized, able to juggle various tasks Energetic, self-directed and results-oriented Genuine interest in helping people High emotional intelligence with a high degree of empathy Natural problem solver, with highly developed diplomacy skills Natural curiosity and a desire to continually grow and develop Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to work collaboratively Work Environment May work outside of regular business hours A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required Travel may be required from time to time One Last Thing We understand that the best candidates don’t always meet every requirement.
