About our client Our client is a top creative marketing agency that recently became a growing HubSpot Partner, helping clients optimise their sales and marketing processes through seamless HubSpot implementations, migrations, and ongoing support. About the role We’re looking for a HubSpot Project Manager to lead strategic, client-facing HubSpot projects. You’ll be responsible for project success from scope and timeline to delivery and client satisfaction while working closely with a Coordinator who manages the executional elements. This is an ideal role for a HubSpot professional ready to step into a leadership position that blends marketing operations knowledge, strategic thinking, and project oversight. Responsibilities: Own and manage HubSpot project scope, deliverables, budgets, and timelines. Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring communication transparency and satisfaction. Delegate 80% of execution tasks to a Coordinator while focusing on strategy, oversight, and problem-solving and 20% of the task is allocated to some execution. Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to keep projects aligned and on track. Oversee 5–6 active HubSpot projects concurrently, ensuring consistent quality and measurable outcomes. Manage performance against KPIs. Requirements: At least 2 years of project management experience within a digital or marketing agency. At least 2 years of HubSpot execution experience across all hubs (Sales, Marketing, Service, CMS, Operations). Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently. Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills. A growth mindset – adaptable to new tools, frameworks, and technologies (including AI). Familiarity with ClickUp or similar project management tools. Previous experience mentoring or managing team members. Has a growth and collaborative mindset.
