We are now looking to expand our 100+ strong Adriatics team through the role of a HRnet Implementation Consultant, to lead the process of implementation of HRnet application for our clients from the human resources side. About your role As a HRnet Implementation Consultant, you will take ownership of HR process implementation and helping organizations optimize their HR operations through the HRNET application. You are expected to be a subject matter expert in HR processes and labour law, translating complex HR requirements into effective system solutions while guiding clients toward best practices. You will play a key role in shaping how clients use HRNET to support their business, ensuring both operational efficiency and legal compliance. Which tasks can you expect? Act as a strategic HR process advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on HR operations and employment legislation Own HR process implementation within the HRNET application across multiple client environments Support clients in optimizing personnel administration and time attendance processes Translate business and regulatory HR requirements into effective system solutions Deliver user trainings and workshops for HRNET users and key stakeholders Conduct data and process testing to ensure accurate and compliant operation Analyze and resolve client requests and HR process issues Create user documentation and process guidelines Collaborate with developers and the design team to improve the application Identify product and process improvements based on client experience What do you have to offer? Deep knowledge of HR processes and labour legislation; ability to act as a subject matter expert Experience advising stakeholders on HR operations, compliance, and process optimization Bachelor’s degree in economics, psychology, law, HR, or a related field Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate business requirements into system solutions Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel Excellent communication, consulting, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence client decisions A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for business outcomes Customer-oriented mindset and willingness to continuously learn and improve Salary range information will be shared with candidates during the initial interaction with the Talent Acquisition team, either by phone or email.
