The HR Generalist is crucial for executing day-to-day HR operations and supporting the implementation of HR programs that are in line with our strategic objectives. Your efforts will be vital in ensuring smooth integration of new acquisitions, facilitating effective performance management programs, nurturing talent, and upholding our core cultural and value principles. Your role will focus on maintaining an efficient, high-performing, and engaged workforce, in alignment with our overarching goals. Under the guidance of the Director of HR, you will be a central figure in applying HR strategies to practical, operational activities, making your role essential to the HR department's success and positioning you as a pivotal member of our team. Key Responsibilities Serve as trusted HR partner for Philippines employees (policies, benefits, leave, employee relations) Ensure compliance with Philippine Labor Code, DOLE, and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) Support local legal entity compliance, statutory reporting, contracts, and personnel files Own end-to-end pre-boarding and onboarding for all Philippines-based hires Coordinate with IT, Facilities, and hiring managers for Day 1 readiness Serve as point of contact for new hires through their first 90 days Administer Dayforce (employee data, lifecycle events, reporting, system config) Manage Philippines benefits programs: enrollment, vendor coordination, invoice reconciliation Partner with Global Payroll Specialist on compliant, accurate payroll execution Support timesheet validation, payroll inquiries, and government portal coordination Coordinate work product assessments and final interviews after TA hands off candidates Support offer preparation and delivery; bridge TA to onboarding Support HR onboarding of acquired employees, agreement delivery, and benefits harmonization Assist with Dayforce data migration and HR process alignment for acquired entities Contribute to policy development, employee engagement, performance management, and process improvement initiatives Required Qualifications 4+ years of progressive HR experience with strong generalist foundations Deep knowledge of Philippine labor law, statutory benefits, and DOLE compliance Hands-on HRIS experience; Dayforce (Ceridian) strongly preferred Experience supporting onboarding/pre-boarding programs Excellent English communication skills; comfortable working with US-based leadership across time zones Able to work independently as the sole HR representative in Manila Preferred Qualifications SaaS, technology, or financial services background Experience supporting M&A integration from an HR perspective Familiarity with new legal entity establishment and global HR operations HR certification (CHRP, SHRM-CP, or equivalent)
