What You’ll Be Doing: Be the go-to expert for HOA/COA Boards and residents Field resident questions and concerns (with patience and professionalism) Get quotes and manage vendors for landscaping, paving, roofing—you name it Oversee budgets and help communities plan for the future Conduct property inspections like a pro Attend Board and Annual Meetings—yes, some evenings, but we promise it’s worth it Keep your communities running smoothly and your Boards smiling What You Bring to the Table: Experience managing HOAs or condos?
