Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Handyman to join our team in a hybrid role based in Budapest with occasional remote work flexibility. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, addressing urgent repair needs, and ensuring facilities are in optimal working condition. Day-to-day responsibilities include inspecting properties, performing minor plumbing, carpentry, and electrical repairs, as well as carrying out cleaning and sanitization if required. Additionally, you will monitor the condition of properties, report any major issues, and assist in preventive maintenance tasks to help ensure the comfort and safety of occupants.

Qualifications

• General maintenance skills, including basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical repair
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot common facility issues effectively
• Experience with cleaning, sanitization, and facility upkeep standards
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in completing maintenance tasks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with team members and clients
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in basic computer skills to use digital tools for logging tasks and reporting
• Previous experience in facility management, hospitality, or a related field is advantageous
• Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle preferred
• Flexibility to respond to emergency maintenance calls when necessary
