YOUR ROLE IN VT MARKETS As Growth Product Manager, you will report directly to the Head of Digital Growth and play a pivotal role within VT Markets' Product and Digital Growth function, based in China. In this hybrid role, you will own the full user lifecycle — driving growth strategy across Acquisition, Activation, and Retention to directly impact core business metrics including Monthly Active Users (MAU) and Trading Volume. You will work cross-functionally with Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and Engineering teams, while collaborating closely with the Global Marketing COE in Singapore to ensure growth initiatives are both globally aligned and locally effective. This is a high-impact role at the intersection of product, data, and business strategy, where your work will be central to VT Markets' ambition to scale to 700 employees and beyond. WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT Job Experience & Education 3–5+ years of product management experience in an internet or digital environment, with at least 1–2 years in Fintech, Securities, Banking, or Crypto Exchange settings. Demonstrated experience owning growth product initiatives — from ideation and experimentation through to measurable business impact. A degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience in high-growth digital product environments is equally valued. Technical & Functional Skills Strong command of the AARRR growth framework and hands-on proficiency with A/B testing methodologies and data analytics platforms (e.g. Amplitude, Mixpanel). Solid understanding of core trading principles — Spot, Margin, Futures/Perpetuals, Yield Farming — and the ability to translate financial complexity into seamless user experiences. Ability to design and monitor growth metric systems and conduct attribution analysis on large transactional datasets. Soft Skills Highly data-sensitive with a relentless drive to optimise — comfortable making decisions under ambiguity and iterating rapidly in a fast-paced, high-pressure global environment. Exceptional cross-functional communicator with the ability to align diverse stakeholders — from engineers to compliance officers — around shared growth objectives. Strong experimental mindset paired with commercial acumen; able to balance short-term conversion wins with long-term user lifetime value. Other Requirements Working proficiency in English, with the ability to navigate English-language technical documentation and global ad platform APIs. Due to the remote nature of the role, you will need to access your personal device & laptop for work. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Conversion Funnel Optimization: Lead end-to-end funnel optimization from registration through to a user's "First Trade," using A/B testing to iterate on KYC flows, deposit experiences, and localized onboarding journeys. Referral & Viral Growth: Design and manage referral programs, social viral mechanics, co-marketing campaigns, and acquisition incentive schemes to systematically reduce Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC). User Lifecycle Management: Leverage user personas and behavioural data for granular segmentation; design targeted retention and reactivation programs to maximize Lifetime Value (LTV). Trading Incentive Design: Develop exchange-specific marketing tools — including trading competitions, fee discount structures, and interest-rate hike vouchers — to increase trading frequency and asset retention. Data-Driven Decision Making: Build and maintain a comprehensive growth metrics monitoring system; conduct regular attribution analysis and mine transactional datasets to surface untapped growth opportunities. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Compliance, Operations, and Engineering to execute growth initiatives efficiently while ensuring full compliance with regional regulations.
